Hi beauties,
Here is my latest night out smokey eye look, hope you like!
Tutorial
1. Start out with a clean, fresh face. I like using Cetaphil as the moisturizer and this serves as a good primer and base.
2. Fill in your eyebrows using a brow pencil (Benefit brow pencil in #4) and fill in the sparse areas with some eyebrow powder (Anastasia Beverly Hills in chocolate). Use the lighter powder on the inner corners of the brows.
3. Use a creamy eye pencil for the base. Here, I used Ouvert by Marc Jacobs (a slightly green color). Fill in the eye only half way and blend the rest with a warm eye shadow (Used Morphe 3502). My favorite makeup brush for blending here is the MAC 217.
4. Apply wing liner with Marc Jacob's liquid pen and apply false lashes. I used Ardell demi-wispies here.
5. Apply your foundation with a damp beauty blender. I like using the big rounded end for blending and the sharper side for the inner corners of the eyes.
6. Highlight: Mix the Kevin Aucoin sensual skin enhancer (SX06) with the Nars creamy concealer (custard) and apply underneath the eye, down the bridge of the nose, cupid's bow and chin. If you want, you can also apply on the frown lines and right below your cheek bone. Set with Ben Nye powder in banana.
7. Contour: Use the Fenty beauty stick in truffle to contour the sides of the face, cheekbone and jawline. Set with the Tom Ford bronzer in 03.
8. Go back to the eyes and apply a dark shadow on the bottom eye line. Curl lashes and apply mascara. Here I used Marc Jacob's in blaquer.
9. For the blush, apply MUFE in 7S01 to the apples of the cheek.
10. For highlighter, I used a little of the Laura Geller gilded honey on the top points of the cheek bones and on the cupid's bow.
11. For lips, use MAC's whirl to line the lips and fill in with Dose of Colors Stone.
